Our featured custom load cell (pictured) involved creating a unique product to meet the demands of a driven belt system utilizing a jack screw to create tension. The creation of this load cell allowed the user to utilize the jack screw as the force on the load cell to measure the tension of the belts. Adding precise tension measurement allowed the user to reduce waste, increase production speed, and maximize the capabilities of their application.
