We have decided to centralize supply of our products in order to more efficiently meet our customers’ needs!
As you can imagine, there are many redundancies operating both our US and Danish operations. Therefore we will no longer maintain our production facility in Bjert, Denmark.
Your use of Montalvo products and relationship with us is extremely important and we look forward to continuing the partnership you have come to rely on and trust. In order to supply the best service and support on an ongoing basis in Europe, we will continue to maintain a sales, engineering, service and support presence. Some of our products will be shipped from the USA and some will come from Europe. This is the way we’ve operated for years and it will not change. We will maintain spare parts inventory in Europe as well. Invoicing will originate in the USA but all invoices for the EU will be in Euros. Some of the personnel will be the same people you have come to know and trust.
