Montalvo Live Roller Load Cell
The Montalvo Live Roller Load Cell is the versatile alternative to our Dead/Idler Shaft load cell. As a member of our T-Series line of load cells the Live Roller Load Cell produces superior and consistent tension measurement through industry leading sensitivity measuring technology to handle both high and low tension applications.
Engineered to fit existing rollers or to be inserted into new rollers for quick and efficient installation the Montalvo Live Roller Load Cell is highly precise, highly accurate, and highly convenient.
The Montalvo Live Roller Load Cell is available in 3 different mounting options to meet your application's needs. A wide choice of ER Bearings/Head Sizes are also available to match standard bearing bores, and are supplied with your Montalvo Live Roller Load Cell.
In addition, the Standard Mount Configuration may be used with rollers that fit to within ½" of a machine's frame-to-frame dimension.
