HD Friction Pads
HD Friction Pads are compatible with the following brakes:
- HP-Series Dual Disc Brakes (equipped with HD Friction Modules)
- STANDARD-Series Brakes (equipped with HD Friction Modules)
The following chart details all available HD Pads based on Coefficient of Friction* and Material Composition
*Coefficient 0f Friction (COF) rating is approximate and may vary with changes in environmental conditions. It is not recommended that this number be used as an absolute value in computing torque or tension in open-loop systems.
The HD4512 Pad is the standard pad supplied with all Montalvo HD Pad equipped tension brakes
