V Friction Pads
V Friction Pads are compatible with the following brakes:
- V-Series Single Disc Brakes (equipped with V Friction Modules)
- HP-Series Dual Disc Brakes (equipped with Dual V Friction Modules)
- STANDARD-Series Brakes (equipped with Dual V Friction Modules)
The following chart details all available V Pads based on Coefficient of Friction* and Material Composition
*Coefficient 0f Friction (COF) rating is approximate and may vary with changes in environmental conditions. It is not recommended that this number be used as an absolute value in computing torque or tension in open-loop systems.
The V4512 Pad is the standard pad supplied with all Montalvo V Pad equipped tension brakes
