While 20 to 30 degrees is recommended, less is definitely possible, depending on the application.

Can I use these in “Hazardous Areas”?

You must use intrinsically safe barrier blocks.

No

How do I calibrate my F-Series Load Cell?

All calibration is done in the Controller/Amplifier.

How do I invert the load cell signal?

Reverse the excitation signal wires

How do I test operation?

Apply a force in the load direction and monitor any reading on the signal wire.

Are these load cells intrinsically safe?

No

What excitation voltage do these load cells use?

+/- 5 VDC or 10 VDC

What is the minimum tension I can measure?

1% of load rating.

What is the maximum tension I can measure?

110% of load rating

What is the lowest/lightest tension I can control to?

This is limited only by the controller and torque device.
