How do I install a R-Series Load Cell?

Because R Series Load Cells are customized to your specification installation instructions will be discussed at the time of order.

How do I calibrate my R-Series Load Cell?

All calibration is done in the Controller/Amplifier

How do I test resistance?

Measure resistance between pins 1 and 2 and 1 and 3. These reading should be between 80 and 120 ohms and within 10 ohms of each other.

Reverse the Excitation Signal wires.

How do I invert the signal to reverse connector orientation?

Reverse the Excitation Signal wires.

How do I test operation?

Apply a force in the load direction and monitor mV reading on the signal wire.
